Millionaire nextdoor, eh, not quite yet

Ok, I often hear the phrase 'Millionaire nextdoor'. I didn't expect to happen to me. But it seems happening. The house "nextdoor" is selling at $1.675 million. And Globe has a write-up about it. I so look forward to seeing the new owner, that is, of course, if it is sold. It's been on the market for more than a month by now.
